PS3 Help needed (revive an ~4 years sleeping PS3)

heya friends,

i just grabbed my PS3 (CECH 2504B) from the basement in order to finish my last achievement missing in BF3 to get Platinum.

I knew, that i used some sort of of your CFW, back in ~2020-2022, but for sure i cant remember which .ver it was...

Sadly the HDD inside my PS3 got broken sectors, so i tried to revive it, but without success, so i replaced it with an new one...

On Boot now, i get stuck on this screen:



Dunno what to do now...i dont want to extend the mess any further...

Which CFW from you should i choose?

Can i use an USB-Stick (with what on it?) to restore?

P.S. i did a few tries to RAW-Backup the ori. HDD, a month ago, last one with success, so now i still have access to it.
It boots fine into the system, shows fw 4.88, but all my data is lost...is this now an ofw?

While you had installed CFW (doesn't matter which one), you can install any older or newer, just from USB (with QA flag set, also older). Install Evilnat 4.92.2 PEX.

NOR models needs fw on USB after disk changing. NAND models doesn't.

You cannot use disk image if your model is one from NOR series (yours is), and contents was installed on different fw version than you have now.

If you didn't installed OFW, you don't have OFW.

What do you mean by "all data is lost"? If you have that data on disk image, or on disk after written that image with exact them, you can still can retrieve it on PC by PS3HDH.

thanks for the fast response. i was a bit temporarily offline, because of work, so i answer you today.

What i meant with "all data is lost" is:
in my ~5-7 terrible recover tries, i mistakenly swapped both disks in the final recover unfortunately, so it recovered noting... Because the 2 SATA Controllers in my system showed wrong data, about which one is the right one...

My thought all about this is:
Sony shut-down all BF3&4 PS3 Servers!
But i still have one missing achievement in the Battlefield 3 Premium on my PS3 Account.
It's the "Show of Force" Achievement from the "Close Quarters" AddOn DLC.

After contacting EA, they said, it's impossible to migrate my PS3 Profile to my existant, almost empty PC Profile, on that i also got the BF3 Premium Edition -.-
I do already achieved the Platinum trophy, but earlier than that DLC arrived...

Now im gonna go and see, how this last one can be done.

i got an

Esseker ES-BT09 dongle (headset-adapter), PS3 error: 800315C2
&
Samsung Q-Soundbar HW-Q810GC, PS3 error: 8011012F

For both, PS3 asks for an pairing pin: i've inserted 0000

but both wont connect -.-
and yes, the evilnat function for 3rd party headsets is enabled

then i´ve found (after using appolo) that achievement unlocker in the cfw, but i dont know how exactly that works. With triangle & hovering over the desired achievement doesnt work...
any tutorial page / video online?
