PS3 Help please, ps3 now power

As stated, I have a cecha01 no power, LEDs do not illuminate. I previously re did the thermal pads and thermal paste and cleaned out the whole console as it was 100% clogged when I got it. Everything was working fine after, sent in the closet while I was repairing other consoles and now I have nothing.

I took the psu out, verified 120v to the board, at the fuse, and 5v on pin 1-2, and 3v on pin 5, if I disconnect from the mobo I can jump in 1-5 and psu puts out 12v. But if I connect to the mobo and re check pins 1-2-5, 0v, and the relay does not click notifying me audibly it's converted to 12v output.
If you have had this issue please let me know, or if there is a forum I missed here with the mobo diagram for all components, power/ground circuits, I could use that to diagnose further.

I personally feel I'm grounded out on the board somewhere, but first ps3 I ever worked on so I'm not 100%

thank you in advance

Deep clean the mobo and pray to jah its just some grime or corrosion somewhere, if not then some tiny resistor somewhere is probably dead and its gonna be a bitch to diagnose

sadly it has been thoroughly cleaned, scrubbed and dried out, I was hoping to find a schematics of the board to trace signals/powers/grounds

So I am back at this again, the power supply produces 12v when the pin 1-5 are jumped, but when I plug it into the mobo it will not produce voltage. I tested the pins on the mobo, pin 1-2-3-4 no matter which way you check, all have 0ohms together, pin 5 reads OL, almost as if something on the board is shorted out for pins 1 through 4. Not sure if anyone has had this happen but I'm stuck

not sure if I can post the link. google COK-001 service manual. You can find the board view with all of the components. use the search function to find its value.

When there is a 5V line short circuit on the motherboard, the PSU will immediately enter protection mode and will not output any voltage. It will take several minutes to recover.

Yea I need to find a starting point to test, it's just odd it was working amazing, then set for a week and now dead
