PS3 Help restore BGAs

• Hello, this is my first post on this forum, in short: i got a CECHC04 YLOD PS3 and almost got it alive, it responds to the pressure test on the RSX on east side (that goes to CELL), the momment i take my finger off it YLOD's. Also tried the heat test but no result so i presume it's the bga's on the board.
  
  If in more detail: the console has a lot of small cracks and even though it still had the warranty sticker the motherboard had something sticky signs on it, like from cola, i checked all fuses and they are allright.

The Phat doesn't react any more on pressure test, i tried to heat the chip at around 260°C.

I'll leave this ps3 for future experiments, until then it will stay like that blinking red(

Btw is there a chance that i can get this PS3 alive if i swap the RSX to a 65nm or 40nm?
