the problem with ebay is that if you create a dispute/resolution, you can't create another once the first has been resolved. this happened with that superslim, and why I had to go through paypal (though, you don't have to do that if you call ebay, which I was unaware of). anyway, the system was stuck in Honolulu for several days, so I started a dispute that I hadn't gotten it. then, later, after I had gotten it, I started having all these problems with my account. it wouldn't let me buy anything from the playstation store, so I was going to return the system (buyer had 30 day returns), but I couldn't start the refund process, because the auction had disappeared from my account after having already done a dispute. it doesn't make sense to me why it works like that, but it does. I had to go through paypal, which took over a week, perhaps two. the seller cancelled my purchase, and he said I could keep the system and he'd refund my money. it took a while for paypal to realize that. I could've undone the dispute with paypal and gone through ebay via the phone conversation I had with them, but then I'd be unprotected. anyway, last week, I got two abusive buyer emails from ebay. I called them, and they said to ignore them after I explained the situation. it kinda pissed me off, because I did nothing wrong. I don't leave feedback ever, so it wasn't that. it had to have been that return that took so long (the superslim) that caused those emails.
