Help upgrade my CFW

I am on rebug 4.70.1. I want to change the CFW to BETA v0.3 - 4.75 HABIB (COBRA v7.10). Is it necessary to do by recovery menu or can I do it in the XMB menu/System Update/Update via USB ?

Anyway you can upgrade from recovery or from xmb, just remember to unmount game, remove disc, disconnect internet before update.
