PS3 Help with .DAT file

Hello ! i need some help with a .dat file in my case for the game NieR because i need to correct some texts and translation errors for my main language. I decrypted the SDAT of the game that contains the whole translation and texts and it gave me an .dat file but i cannot open it with anything, ive tried notepad++, windows notepad, microsoft word, microsoft exel, etc. The file size is 5.38gb and notepad++ is not able to open it due to the size the same with the other programs. The only program that let me open it is HxD Hex editor but it shows only binaries and its hard to edit that way. So do u know what program should i need to open it correctly ?
