So the signal from the PS3 SuperSlim is lost randomly within games. This used to happen before, in lots of other games, where the signal would return in a second or two. I used to think it was like a power fluctuation in the monitor. But since I reached Ch 4 of Ninja Gaiden Sigma, it's been unplayable. Now it doesn't even show anything on boot, at times.
Nothing is wrong with the HDMI ports on the monitor (BenQ GW2270H) and cables. I checked using the same on laptop; and by swapping the PS3 cables with the DTH set top box in HDMI2, which shows same issue.
Strange thing, my PS3 only used to work at 1080i even though the monitor is 1080p. Now it ain't even working at that.
True, a resolution reset gets me to the XMB. Sometimes. But inside the game it all starts happening again. Monitor shows "No cable Connected"
