You mean online? You know about 90% of the people who get banned from PSN are banned for using cheats and mods, and a large portion of them are CoD cheaters.

That aside, I think you need to update your firmware. You can try spoofing it but I think Sony might have changed the login packets a bit and using old firmware might not work even with the version spoofed. You can and should use Evilnat 4.90, as it's based on the last version and therefore doesn't need version spoofing, and also has all features that any other CFW ever had.
Rebug Toolbox, PSNinja and PSNPatch are all obsolete by now as their functionalities are baked into Evilnat's CFW. Just use the CFW tools menu (under the network tab in XMB) to disable syscalls.
multiMAN is largely replaced by webMAN MOD these days (although it's still handy for ripping original discs). webMAN MOD also allows you to spoof the IDPS if you were previously banned and allows you to easily disable syscalls by pressing R2+Triangle. It also has dynamic fan control, which somewhat helps prevent overheating and YLOD (but that's not an excuse not to clean the PS3 and replace the thermal paste).
