Help with running thps4 on ps3 HEN

Managed to get it running fine but its seems to very glitchy in terms of the terrain vanishing and then completely craps the bed when getting to the 2nd level and i checked out the compatibility chart and it seems i need a config file, how would i go about applying the patch?

If you have webMAN installed the file you need is in dev_hdd0/PS2CONFIG folder. It's named after the disc ID ex 211.68.CONFIG but depends on which region you have etc.
Hi dude, can you help me with something?
I'm trying to fix this game:Naruto UN 5.
The game in dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/ is named like "Naruto Shippuden - Ultimate [SLES_556.05].ISO.BIN.ENC", and the config is like "SLES_556.05.CONFIG" (original config name from PS2CONFIG was SLUS_202.67.ENC)
Am I doing something wrong? Should I change something in ID title maybe? Sorry for the answer and thanks in advance

Your using the NTSC one for PAL. They aren't always compatible. But what you can try is to move the file named CONFIG into PS2 Classics Launcher in dev_hdd0/game folder. Once you are there and the file is named just CONFIG drop it in the USDIR folder. Also .ake sure it's an encrypted version of the CONFIG file. If you got it from dev_hdd0:/game/PS2CONFIG folder it is already encrypted. I find it easier to just make a PS2 Classic PKG file for my games needing a CONFIG file.

If you want to put the config together with the .ISO.BIN.ENC, the names should be:
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Naruto Shippuden - Ultimate [SLES_556.05].ISO.BIN.ENC
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Naruto Shippuden - Ultimate [SLES_556.05].ISO.BIN.ENC.CONFIG
or
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Naruto Shippuden - Ultimate [SLES_556.05].ISO.BIN.ENC
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Naruto Shippuden - Ultimate [SLES_556.05].CONFIG

You can add the CONFIG file in the PS2CONFIG repository like this:
/dev_hdd0/game/PS2CONFIG/USRDIR/CONFIG/ENC/SLES_556.05.ENC

You only need to include the title id in the file name like you did:
/dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/Naruto Shippuden - Ultimate [SLES_556.05].ISO.BIN.ENC

Other formats supported for the title id in the file name are: [SLES-55605], [SLES55605], (SLES_556.05), (SLES-55606), (SLES55606)

In the PS2CONFIG repository only SLES_556.05.ENC is supported.

Thank you so much!
I just needed the full name with [] in title ID in the config as you said. I finally solved my issue

Thanks @aldostools and @atreyu187
