PS3HEN HELP

I have a problem in my hen
i enabling hen normally i get notification says welcome to hen 3.1.1 but icant exit from brower
normally after enabling hen show a question if am need to close brower or no
but now not showing automatically but i ishoose exit
i see the background without any thing no buttons no thing just background
after some seconds ps3 crushing
please help and thanks

Did you install any plugins before that?
Create a txt file called boot_plugins.txt and put it in the root of your usb device and plug it into the usb port on the right side and try to enable hen.
