Hello,
I bought a second hand original PS3 controller.
I pair and sync it normally.
I can turn on/off the PS3 with this controller.
Once I activate HEN this controllers acts up. The sticks and cursor arrow buttons to go up/down do not work.
The only button that works is the PS3 one.
Once I press an hold the PS3 button to go to that black screen with the options of "Turn off controller" and "Turn off system" the controller works as normal. Then I press PS3 button again to go to XMB and everything works.
I can select and play with it normally but when quit the game to go back to XMB menu the same thing happens. Only the PS3 button works and I have to repeat the process described above.
I already reseted this controller with a toothpick while connected re-pair it with original cable plugged in and it still acts up.
The other controller works as normal with none of this issues.
Any advice?
