Hen failing to enable after copying files

ok guys im here again for help u are my playstation gods . So whenever i transfer a lot of files to my ps3 ,something fucks up hen.if i transfer multiple ripped games from external hdd to internal my hen enabler afterwards doesnt enable,sometimes it fixes with rebuilding database and file system from recovery menu ,but most of the times i reinstall hfw and hen to fix the problem. now to explain latest issue last night ,i put my mp3 music on a usb (fat32) around 200files 1.3 gb total,and trenfered them to internal via xmb so i can have music on my ps3 and my hen enabler wont work again it fails to enable and reboots and im sick of reinstalling hfw and hen every time.if someone has any tips for me u are welcome tnx ...btw superslim ps3 and it does this with both hard drives i have put in him

enable hen when first start ps3. make sure auto-close browser is enabled also.
 
what is ps3 model? cech-??
are you using newest hen?
are you using hen/han toolbox or addons?
how big is ps3 internal hdd?
 
sorry when i will return home i will write model number
im on newest hen everytime i follow the scene
only thin i have installed is web man mod no extra stuff on it for mounting games and temperature control ,irisman for ntfs usb browsing/transfering
hdd size is western digital blue 500gb

well i was thinking hdd maybe bad or too big...but you already tried another drive and 500gb is not too big (i think biggest without problems is 1.5tb).

can you change the title of this thread to say "HEN wont enable after cooying files"? (it says HAN instead of HEN so i think maybe people that can help are not reading the thread because most people dont use HAN anymore)
