HEN PS3 FREEZING ON STARTUP

Man it's been almost 4 years since this happened I tried to figure it out back then but gave up after a few attempts. So back in 2020, I installed HEN on my ps3. I forgot exactly what I did but i do remember vaguely that I put on a new xmb menu/background and i'm pretty sure I had to restart my ps3 so it wouldn't corrupt. At that time i completely forgot i had to do that and so ever since then whenever I startup my ps3 it just freezes before i can click a profile. I already tried the methods in recovery mode but nothing has worked. If anyone can help it would be gladly appreciated

reinstall OFW to get rid of hen

if want hen still, reinstall hfw and then hen. use official sources.
