Hey there! Needing some help with EBOOT for HEN

Hello people, I've recently installed HEN in a PS3 Super Slim, and I'm trying to run The Last of Us. Tried in JB format, and also ISO, both black screen. I've heard that it may be fixed with another EBOOT, as I'm trying to run an european game in american PS3. Could anyone help me? You may pm me to send the file in another ways, off the forum.

try getting the us version.. or change ps3 region. (if u can) i dunna cuz i have cfw ..hardly use hen
 
I'd say dump the game again. and, if you downloaded the game, we can't really help you with that. all I can say is that the fixers really messed up that game. that's for the retail version. the digital version contains a downloader, so that you don't have to have twice the space. that's about 150MBs iirc. anyway, I'd recommend using a retail copy.

Thanks. Is there any difference between splitting the ISO in 4 GB parts or not? Isn't there any problem about running european game in american HEN PS3? I used Irisman to copy to HDD.

You cannot change the PS3's region on HEN, this is a CFW feature only.

Also PS3 games have no region lockout. eg... You can play US disc's on a UK model without the need of CFW, HEN or any kind of hack. PS3 region is mainly for DVD's and BluRay Movies.
 
@oraculorafa Install the game's latest update (1.11). If it doesn't work, then the game dump is bad. Why do you want to play the european version? If it is because of the debug menu EBOOT, this EBOOT works for both versions (BCUS/BCES), not only for BCES.
 
probably should check the ird to see if it's missing files. from my experience, a black screen could mean that some of the sprx/self are not resigned properly. it could be something totally different than that, but I'd check it anyway.

BCES dumps of this game that you find in the internet are known to be bad, from my own experience. It's worth a check, though
