PS3 HFW File Corrupted (New to modding PS Help)

I got this fat ps3 from my acquaintance this morning,wanted to jailbreak it using HEN.
I looked the forum follow the instructions,I check the firmware it's already 4.86,So I copied the HFW file from the computer to my flash drive,plug to the PS3,install from drive then I got the "file Corrupted" error. Did the HFW 4.86 Corrupted ? Any solution ?

Already redownload it 3 times ,plug the usbb drive,and after the PS3 Update It to 75% the same error (file Corrupted) show on screen.

I want to know if there is someone on the forum using HFW 4.86.1(March 2020),did the installation working smoothly ?if it installed properly then the problem im facing maybe lies on flash drive or the computer.
