hi! help. PSN error 8071014 ?

getting psn error 8071014,BTW i never used psn on cfw. checked my isp, router, and ps3 dns settings and I don't understand. i only followed the procedures for GTA RE:V

should i reflash my cfw evilnat PEX 4.92.2? Should I restore to OFW? should i try Dual-Boot?

I just dont wanna break anything pan related since I never used it with cfw b4.
