Tengo experiencia usando Freemcboot, OPL y uLaunchELF, y mi idea es documentar todo el proceso, experimentar con nuevos metodos y compartir lo que descubra con la comunidad.

Hi everyone, my name is mz and I've been a PlayStation 2 fan for years. I'm starting a project to investigate how ODEs (Optical Drive Emulators) work on the PS2, especially for the Slim 9000X models, and to learn how to emulate the disc drive to run ISOs and applications from USB or LAN.

Hola Berion, gracias por tu respuesta. Sí, sé que actualmente no existe un ODE funcional para PS2. Mi idea es justamente investigar y experimentar para entender cómo podría funcionar, documentar todo el proceso y publicar los hallazgos en este foro y en otros lugares para quien quiera aprender o intentar.

Hi Berion, thanks for your reply. Yes, I know there isn't a working ODE for PS2 right now. My idea is precisely to research and experiment to understand how it might work, document the whole process, and publish the findings on this forum and elsewhere for anyone who wants to learn or try it out.
