PS3 How can I dump my PS3 Superslim's NOR Flash?

I'm trying to dump my flash before trying out qCFW but I can't seem to get the bgtoolset to work. When I try to open it through the browser, it just stops at loading the FP9 Plugin with an error. I've already tried clearing the cookies, cache, history, and authentication information but still it doesn't work. I've also tried doing it with HEN enabled and disabled.
