PS2 How can I remove rust from A/V port? (PS2)

Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to remove rust inside of an A/V port? Not corrosion but rust.

Generally I am able to remove rust by scraping it off and cleaning it with rubbing alcohol however the rust goes pretty far back for reach.

Is there a good rust removal solution out there that's good for electronics, in this case AV port?

The only way to clean rust from AV port is to desolder the AV port out of the board and then take the AV apart
Here's a video I found that shows how to take AV port apart and put it back together for restoring.
