How do i change back to OFW theme after applying a theme from Hybrid Firmware settings on PS3 HEN?

hey guys, I'm a pretty casual homebrew user and don't really use it for much. The other day I was messing around with the PS3 settings and came across a tab under network called 'Hybrid Firmware Settings', I opened it and saw a tab for new themes so I applied one. I thought it looked decent so I kept it, however, the next time I logged into PSN I noticed that the notification was expanded and didn't display properly, I thought nothing of it since I thought it was only the PSN login notification that was messed up. It turned out however that ALL of my notifications were messed up even trophies, the temp notifications, webman, etc.
So the question is how do I fix it or revert it back to the normal theme because there isn't an option under hybrid firmware that i've seen that fixes it.

Reinstall HFW and HEN. You should get all back to normal.
Your games, DLC or saves will remain untouched.
