PS3HEN How do I create DLC Fix pkgs for my games?

I am trying to wrap my head around viewing pkg files and seeing that dlc fix pkgs contain mostly .edat files. I know I can use reactpsn to activate my raps but I want to try the method of creating my own dlc fix pkgs. Can someone link me to a tutorial or perhaps the software that is required to start with ?
