PS3 How do I modify the eboot.bin to change the rendering resolution?

So I overclocked my PS3 and decided to make a modified eboot.bin for persona 5, which takes the frame rate cap to 60fps. The game usually hovers around 45-55 fps in most areas I've seen except outdoors with civilians(35-40) and locked at 60 when in smaller areas with less lighting.
Now, I don't mind running the game at 30fps, if I have a higher resolution in this case. I feel like now the PS3 can run the game at a higher resolution and maintain the 30fps it did before.

Does anyone know how to edit the eboot.bin to adjust the resolution? I'd like to change it from 720p to 800p, then test 900p and even 1080p to see the highest resolution the PS3 can handle at 30. Bonus points if someone can help me figure out how to fix screen-tearing.
