PS2 How do you play Pal games in color using Grimdoomer's OPL?

As the title reads I was wondering if anyone knows how to play Pal games in color using opl Grimdoomer's latest build. Are there any specific buttons I'm supposed to press before the game loads up to play it in color? I've already tried changing the video mode in settings and then saving those changes, but nothing seems to make a difference.

Unfortunately, the Triangle button has no effect on Grimdoomer's OPL as I press the button and all it does is flash the screen for a second and return back to the game list

Is there any other way to access GSM?
I have already tried GSM.elf, but that doesn't work either as I put it in "pal 60hz" which just has the same effect and put the games in black and white.

You can configure your game's settings via OPL Manager.
