PS3HEN How do you run your games via Multiman and WebMan?

Hey all, I'm new to the CFW/HEN scene despite being interested for years and recently finally installed PS3HEN on my Slim.
My first hurdle is knowing how to run games from a USB and which "type" is best between ISOs, JB folders, and PKGs as well as how to actually run each one.
I've tried copying a JB folder from an NTFS USB to the PS3 HDD using Webman but couldn't figure out how to do it. Clicking Copy and then the folder makes my console freeze, clicking Copy Folder showed the game screen and when I click it, I believe I got Download Failed, but then it never showed up after the first time I tried it.
As for ISO, I tried converting it with PS3 ISO TOOL but couldn't get it show up on Multiman either. The game is roughly 5GB. 'd appreciate any help

Each format has advantages and disadvantages:

- PKG is recommended if you have a PSN account activated and don't want to use a backup manager.
However, the games should be installed in the internal HDD. Some games can be installed on USB FAT32 but require to enable the gameDATA mode using SELECT+SQUARE in webMAN MOD.

- ISO is recommended in most of the cases if you use a backup manager.
The ISO can be stored in NTFS, exFAT, internal HDD, FAT32 or remote host (ps3netsrv).

- JB folder is an old format. Only recommended if you modify your games or want to save some space linking the files in GAMES with the game data in /dev_hdd0/game folder. This format only works on internal HDD, FAT32 or remote host (ps3netsrv).

If you plan to use NTFS, then your recommended format is ISO. The games should be placed in the folder /PS3ISO (in uppercase)

I think ISO best type of backup. Very stable and crashs/freezes less than JB backups.
