How to add that game information and star rating ? Is it Png? And how to add it can you please tell me

You could just add the PEGI or Metacritic score at the start of the game name, they will be sorted ascending .

It all depends on what you want to do

1.-Do you want to create a theme for OPL?

2.-Do you only want the information to appear in the details section?
