PS3 How to do CFW PS3 controller remapping?

I have a few questions about button remapping.

1) How can you make certain buttons swap places, on a specific game only?

2) Also, for 3rd party PS3 controllers, how can you make them more "compatible",
e.g. how to make them work (if they don't work out of the box),
and ensure as little input lag as possible?
IIRC you're supposed to use something like ps3xpad right?

3) On a 3rd party controller, how to make a specific button act as the PS3 Home Button so you can change the game or use the PS3 Recovery Menu. Is this possible?

nobody answered this? this is so important, crash bandicoot 1 for example has no analogue support, OP asked how to remap on a per game basis, that would be a Godsent and probably not too difficult? psvita has a per game controller remapper, why dont we have this on ps3?

thanks, but i tried this plugin a long time ago its very archaic, its like someone tried to make this to be able to use 3rd party controlers on ps3, it claims to be able to remap game specific etc, but its glitchy and unreliable, i tried it didnt work
