PS3 How to downgrade 4.85 to 4.84?

Hello.

I've been searching around web, and all i can find is people talking about this "QA toogle flag" thingy.

So yeah.. i download a bunch of this so called QA toogle enabler pkg such as Habib, but it don't do anything at all, and i'm unable to install 4.84.
I installed spy cobra cfw which supposedly have QA enabled by default, but it didn't jack shit either.
Still can't install 4.84.

I'm starting to go nuts with this, no one in anywhere on web gives a decent explanation or have a logical and sensical tutorial.

So please can anyone give me a brief explanation on how to proceed 4.85 to 4.84, the main reason is to turn my ps3 on DEX, and 4.85 so far doesn't have Rebug dex.

CFW can't have QA Flag enabled if not enabled previously so install QA Flag click on it your screen will remain black for few moments then it will return to XMB go to Settings Category scroll down and highlight o network configuration then do the PS3 Controller Combo Button to See QA Flag Options : Edy Viewer,Debug Settings,Install Package Files then install Rebug REX 4.84.2 and convert to DEX

The QA token will remain enabled if it was enabled with a previous CFW, but it won't enable it by default if it wasn't already. This is a fairly standard CFW feature and Spy is no different in that respect. Habib's standalone QA toggler is ideal, but there is another one linked on the Spy which will also achieve the same result.

It is stored in EEPROM, so it sticks after CFW installs. But we only have a fake QA flag token. So it will only work on CFW that is patched to allow fake qa tokens. if you install OFW the QA token is revoked and wont work anymore.

I thought qa flag can be installed on any cfw? Isn't it? Or are there specific CFWs which allow qa flag?

Yes, you can go to any CFW or OFW above or below (just not below minver). Lower OFW will install with a fake QA flag, as the flag is still accepted until after the FW finished installing.
