PS3 How to downgrade from OFW 4.83 to OFW 4.82? IM STUCK!

I have a PS3 Phat CECHG03 (NAND) and I recently (and accidentally) upgraded from 3.55 to 4.83 in the last 2 hrs trying to get Ferrox 4.82, I realised my mistake and I downloaded a OFW 4.82 pup thinking it will revert it to 4.82 so I can get it jailbroken, However, I clocked and I remembered that you cant do that, I was thinking about E3 devices but im NAND and any other compatible downgrader simply doesn't work (that I know), I then searched up on psx place for a 4.83 cfw for ferrox but there is no nand writer available, I try the sen updater for dex as I had 3.55 dex earlier, but then I just remembered that I just upgraded to ofw 4.83 using a pup.
I am now stuck on ofw and I cant get out,(as far I ik), Is there anyway to downgrade ofw 4.83 to ofw 4.82 without any e3 cards or any other nand equivalent version that can accomplish it, did I miss anything? pls help I appreciate any help thx

I found ps4portal.net/ps3-downgrade-to-3-55/ (<<< ADMIN EDIT-- SCAM SITE) and I will try downgrading and then installing the ofw 4.82 pup then installing cfw, I will write back 4 any updates

Only hardware flasher. Tennsy, Progskeet, etc (not e3 flasher btw.).

if I cant get a hardware flasher then can I take out the hdd in my ps3 rn and put a new one and then do safe mode, then put 4.82 on usb and update, will that work?

Solder ~30 wires to your PS3 to dump NAND memory, patch it on PC, and Write back to flash chips. You can also buy expensive clip, if your soldering skills are bad.
