How to extract coreos.bin from a .pup file

Are there any tools that can extract and create a coreos.bin file from a .pup file? I know PUAD, but it can only generate CoreOS.PKG or split it into individual files.

I need an extraction tool, not the extracted files, to get the coreos.bin from the 4.91 beta4 CFW.

I don't think such a tool exists. I think the bin is dumped directly from the system using a flasher.
