How to flash CFW on HFW slim 2000?

I already have newest HFW 4.87.1 installed.

Sorry for this kind of silly question but BG tools website is down for maintenance
 
If you're on 4.87, I'd either use EvilNat CFW or just use HEN until Rebug gets an update.

    With the recent release of OFW 4.87, and seeing that no CFW has come out in these last days, i decided to make one with basic patches, as all the current CFWs that exist right now.

    Cobra 8.20 is added from my Github repository (has the same structure as older FW versions), is enabled by default.

Waiting a day or two may be a better choice as well. I believe BGTools is currently getting updated to handle 4.87, but I'm not a dev, nor involved with the project, so this is only hearsay, for what it's worth.

I'm a little rusty in PS3 JB topics.

Can't I just use habib's QA Toggle and flash older CFW?

And just to be 100% sure. I'm now on newest HFW with HEN. I start the console, enable HEN and I can immediately flash EvilNat CFW?
There is nothing required in between enabling HEN and flashing CFW via settings > system update?
