how to host exploit locally offline

Today I updated my ps4 to 5.05 and kept trying many times to log into the exploit settings page via user guide option by it refers me to the online guide on the official website of sony . I just followed the steps just as this video
and I entered the same dns but it refers me to the official website of ps4.
Any help

did it work on 4.55? I'm not an expert at offline hosting though as I'm self-hosting from a pack on my laptop or phone.
 
I bought my ps4 on 5.00 and upgraded to 5.05 and tried to host the al azif exploit webpage offline the same way as the indicated video but nothing works and navigates me to the official ps4 site l don't know what's wrong . Should each country use a different separate dns than other
 
I've never tried that method. see if you can self-host via your pc. block updates with a dns or with the urls listed in my ps4 tutorial first.

you can get the files you need on gbatemp. how to is outlined in my first wii u tutorial (xampp). remember to enable appache. I don't know of a video tutorial, but there probably is one...at least for xampp.
