PS2 How to program a new ps2 bios chip

Hey can any one tell me how to program a new ps2 bios chip for replacement as i have been seeing a lot having black screen and bios courrption in both fat and slims
 
How do you know that the chip was ruined?
It would imply that ROM chips were ruined. If they were programmable, then I don't see why we needed to have such temporary methods to run homebrew.

Before mod chips come someone has replaced the bios chip with a M29W320D (T/B) memory chip programed a modified bios. Is there any information about that?

sadly that is the end of that no more elaboration as it was pre-modchip era
there's a thread over at ps2home for direct booting in modchip custom bios I haven't site just bans my ISP.

literally all videos all youtube show replacing bios to fix it after measuring some '3-4 pins on bios for pulsating voltage
