How to reinstall FCMB after you fumble your way into uninstalling it?

So this is more than a bit embarassing, but as I was trying to install the opl beta as well as another BOOT.ELF (the one that lets you launch VCDs from popstarter without needing to rename it repeatedly) I noticed that the memory card was out of space and couldn't get the BOOT.ELF in. So I, idiotically, deleted the BOOT.ELF in the card, saw there was still not enough space, and went off to delete some of the saved games to make room... before uLaunchELF froze with no warning, forcing a restart, and now I can't get back because the BOOT.ELF I deleted was the FCMB boot. I have no DVDs available and even if I did, I have no way of burning them. I am in desperate need of help.

Isnt BOOT.ELF ULaunchelf?

Yeah, that's what I thought initially too, but after I deleted BOOT.ELF, I can't access FCMB anymore even by holding down R1 when booting, nor do I know how to check again... then after some digging, I realized something important that I should've mentioned in my main post. I installed FunTuna, which has the FCMB in the BOOT.ELF. Which... is a pretty big point that I entirely forgot about and should've mentioned before.
