I want to rename my games as I have them on a SanDisk 32gb USB and have OPL 0.7 (because latest versions not compatible) for the menu stuff.
When I insert the pen drive in my PC, the names appear as long numbers and letters and stuff with SCUS in between and with file extensions like '.00', '.01','.02', etc. (What file extensions are those please explain if possible)
