How to uninstall webman mod

I have an issue with webman mod 1.47.26. I'm running Rebug 4.84.2 DEX. i tried what was suggested in this thread https://www.psx-place.com/threads/uninstall-webman-mod.17673/ but it is not working. When I try to uninstall with Uninstall Webman Mod from the Webman Setup menu, it freezes the ps3. I have to reboot by pressing the on off button, the controller won't work. This also happens if I try Refresh my Games or Unload Webman. Also when I tried to enter PS3 webMan [Setup] or Temperature I would get a 807105d error. This disappeared after I disabled Cobra but the freezing issue continues. I have tried the Update Webman Mod option a few times but the issue continues. Also if I try the http://127.0.0.1/delete.ps3?uninstall from the browser to uninstall I get a 80710533 error.
Previous to this I was on Rebug 4.85.1 LITE CEX but downgraded to go back to DEX. I don't know if that is what messed it up, but I'm looking for a way to uninstall and try a fresh install.

try the http command again but enable cobra and restart first. webman needs cobra to run so its not on when tried to uninstall.

if nothing else delete all his folders and the entry in boot_plugins.txt

If you need to uninstall webMAN MOD manually, there are several files and folders that should be deleted.

Deleting only the sprx from the following paths should be enough.
/dev_hdd0/webftp_server.sprx
/dev_hdd0/plugins/webftp_server.sprx
/dev_hdd0/plugins/webftp_server_ps3mapi.sprx
(in some systems the sprx is stored in /dev_blind/vsh/module/webftp_server.sprx)

Or just remove the path from the boot file:
/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt
/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins_nocobra.txt
/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins_nocobra_dex.txt
/dev_hdd0/mamba_plugins.txt

To remove the rest of the dependencies, delete the following folders too:
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wmtmp
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_res
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_lang
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_icons
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_combo
/dev_hdd0/xmlhost/game_plugin
/dev_hdd0/game/XMBMANPLS
(or only delete /dev_hdd0/game/XMBMANPLS/USRDIR/FEATURES/webMAN*.xml)
/dev_hdd0/plugins/images

The following files may exist too:
/dev_hdd0/boot_init.txt
/dev_hdd0/autoexec.bat
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_config.bin <= this stores the settings
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_noscan
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_request
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_netdisabled
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_custom_combo
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_vsh_menu.cfg
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_online_ids.txt
/dev_hdd0/tmp/wm_offline_ids.txt
/dev_hdd0/plugins/webftp_server_noncobra.sprx
/dev_hdd0/plugins/wm_vsh_menu.sprx
/dev_hdd0/plugins/slaunch.sprx
/dev_hdd0/plugins/raw_iso.sprx

Thanks for everyone's help. I was able to uninstall it and get a clean install back in. Now everything is working.

Where do I find /dev_hdd0/boot

There isn't any file named "boot" in webMAN MOD. Maybe you mean:
/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins.txt
/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins_nocobra.txt
/dev_hdd0/boot_plugins_nocobra_dex.txt
/dev_hdd0/boot_init.txt

They can be found in the root directory of the internal HDD. Some of these files may not exist.
