Hi, could you please share a patch for the game Vagrant Story? It's the only game in my entire collection that doesn't work correctly.

Spectacular work you are doing man! You made a FF7 lover happy who was hoping to play it on PS2 with this method XD You deserve all the praise you get, thank you very much!

Hi, Hugopocked. I'm enjoying a lot of games properly this time by applying the fix I received and sponsored by PayPal. Thank you so much.

I've been testing some games and there are some games that don't run normally and I'm just wondering if it's possible to fix them, so I'm writing them down.

Mobil Suits Gundam : Char's counterattack
- When I start a new game, all the screens that come out are textured, and no normal screen is output.

Psychic Force 1 & 2
- It's all slow overall. It's similar to Bloody Roar 2.
so when I put that fix in it, the first Psychic Force 1 runs almost as normal.. I get symptoms where certain textures remain.
Psychic Force 2 doesn't fit at all.

- It's slow overall, too. Sometimes it stops at times.

Super Robot Taisen Complete Box
- The opening video at the beginning comes out black and looks like it's stopped. If you press the start button and force it to move on, the screen comes out, but there's no proper sound. Black screen comes out of the combat scene and stops.

Dragon ball Z - Idainaru Dragon Ball Densetsu (The legend)
- When I start story mode and proceed with the game, the screen that comes out breaks and doesn't proceed normally.

I'm happy with your work so far, but I wrote it down because I hope the above games run well.

Popstarter was Rev13 Beta 2019/06/05 dated version.

Hi, thanks for your report, I can probably correct them, but doing the magic takes time. Maybe by March I'll have some or all of them corrected, hopefully :love heart: Follow me here and on my YouTube channel, I sometimes report on progress. Regards!

Since this thread seems to be the place you've chosen to publicly receive reports, compliments, and requests especially made by financial supporters and It appears to be more convenient for you than regular emails, as a new supporter I'd like to contribute by reporting the same graphical glitches previously mentioned in a reddit thread from 2 years ago about the game "102 Dalmatians - Puppies to the Rescue" that you can check out by googling "Dalmatians on popstarter" (sorry, I dunno how or If I can post any links)
Have you by any chance tested and/or encountered such glitches? If not, I'd like to use this post both as a report and a request for fixes

Hello! Yes, I have a small thread here, but I tend to prefer that reports be sent to me by email. Regarding the game "102 Dalmatians - Puppies to the Rescue" I did a quick test a few months ago to see what kind of error it is and it seems like GTE 3D but it could be some data incorrectly loaded into the RAM. I hope it's not incorrectly loaded data because in those cases it gets quite complicated :cower:. Your report is appreciated. Regards!
 
Paca Paca Passion is also a game from Japan that partially works in POPStarter. It behaves fine, but the notes and everything on-screen disappears. (Probably because of the interlacing just like with Bubsy 3D). And the sequel of the game just crashes on a black screen after booting it up. But Paca Paca Passion Special, the third and final game in the series works great.

At some point I will try to correct those games, I have already tried them and let me see if I remember, I think there was a lack of response and synchronization with some port, I don't remember if it was the SPU or the interrupt registers but when I get back to it I will remember lol.

Hello, try to write in English friend or use google translate since here we all try to speak neutral English, I am currently working on the next update to cover more corrected games, my previous update at the end of 2023 took me 2 years although it may have taken me 3 years I have a bad memory, but if you don't want to wait write to my email in English as I understand little or no Portuguese, my email is: [email protected], I held to those who speak to me politely and to whom I do not see any bad intentions, Write me to my email and I will help you :cheerful:.

It says that the files go inside the games VMC Folder.My problem is that when I start the game with Popstarter, it does not create a VMC folder in OPL folder?
Can I create a game folder in /VMC/ myself? Like OPL/VMC/Alundra/ patchfiles

How do I fix Final Fantasy VII freezing before the first battle in Popstarter OPL?
