PS2 hugopocked Popstarter patches

A couple years ago I paid like $10 or $20 for some ps1 popstarter patches from hugopocked. He has the best patches for popstarter so you don't need to use the disk swap method with a ps1 game or use your ps3 to play ps1 games. Does anyone know is he still making patches? What was the link to his website with popstarter patches? Thanks
