He compiled it with EUR priority.
Every version of OSDSYS Launcher (mine's or he's) supports ALL regions. The priority is changed ONLY to support the messy FMCB installs from a dude from eBay (check the main post for more details)

Are you sure that it has EUR priority?
He uploaded this version in 16\11\2020
while the commit with EUR priority is from 17\11\2020:

EDIT: Here is what it shows when there is no MC with FMCB:

BTW Does it should be "Priority region: USA"
or "Prioritary region USA" seems to be fine?

He just changed the string in that build. No priority was changed in the code.
So, that build has EUR priority with an "USA" string displayed. He changed the string to the correct one (EUR) the next day after I let him know about the issue on Discord.
 
Priority region is Europe in both source code and binary I uploaded, USA string was just a bug which was fixed in last commit. Nonetheless, clean FMCB installs should be fine no matter region.

Is there a chance to compile and upload the newest binary here?
I mean with fixed string?
To avoid dumb questions such as mine?
 
i set it as dev1 and when i reset the console it says it needs FMCB to work. what?? how was i supossed to have it installed if i have to reset the console in first place to do so?

can anyone help me w this one?
 
You need to install FMCB before resetting... In fact, you could simply replace the BOOT.ELF in FMCB's installer with the OSDSYS Launcher and that's it. Install that package and you're good to go.

is there anyway to launch wLE or uLE trough a pendrive? cuz rn i haven't got any disc w uLE in it (remember that i was able to modify/screw up my dev1 with the uLE i had installed in my mc, and not in a dvd)

You need wLE in a disc (via FreeDVDBoot or the old school uLE disc images) or a MC with it.
