My DLC backup that is from my PS3 Slim enabled with HEN (has the game files and the .rap files) of the game that was put into my other PHAT PS3 with Evilnat CFW BETA 10 doesn't work like 60% of the time. 60%, cuz it does work sometimes and I get into the game with the DLC appearing, but typically I get a trophy registration error, that goes away then rebuilding database and or sometimes refreshing the trophies in online mode. This does not happen in the RPCS3 emulator at all and if I remove the DLC game data then I get into the game fine (just not with the DLC obviously). I'm pretty sure it doesn't add any new trophies that could mess the game. For now, I will just play the game in the emulator.
