- First, I purchased a free Mcboot card on Amazon.
(Got link from YouTube - Blair)
- Then, I purchased a Ps2 Fat (model: SCPH-30001 R / DVD Player 2.10U)
- Next, I downloaded my iso games & added to usb stick (v*mmsl*ir) (I've used this site for my wii/GameCube and I've had 0 problems)
***side note: I had one game that was a cue&bin file and converted it to iso, it was under 1gb "The sims". This is the ONLY game that works on olp 1.2 (newest version)****
Here are my problems
1. I'm not sure if the free mc boot card is the problem, seeing how EVERY SINGLE GAME opens to frozen black screen (using olp 9.3, 1.1.0 & 1.2.0, usb advance, simple media systems)
2. I got annoyed after trying 4 days straight and said I'll try the dvd version, right? WRONNG. on the free Mc boot there's two "disk loaders" one goes complete black screen, one does a black screen loop back to loading screen. So there's no way to play the burned dvds. (Yes, I downloaded the program to patch prior to burning. Still, nothing) (I also tried to insert the dvd games after opening all the programs on the mcboot and everything is black screen)
I've updated EVERYTHING and still NOTHING.
February 16 - Update **
- bought a new usb & memory card
- followed Blaine locklair tutorial for FMCB
- everything is STILL black and white screen.
What do I do? I've been at it for weeks.
- OPL opens no games on any of the modes (newest version and previous) ESR doesn't play burned games (black screen).
Can someone point me in the right direction or tell me what I'm doing wrong because I'm literally going mad. I've been going at this almost a week!! Pls end my suffering
