Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm new here. So I need some help with the IDPS application. I am trying to permanently change my PSID, but cannot. I tried saving to file, then editing in HEX, but then when I choose Load PSID from File, I freeze. I have also tried spoofing my PSID using PSNPatch, then saving it on IDPS Set, but the spoof PSID doesn't show up on the app. It's got a couple numbers the rest are 0's.

I deleted your other post. (NO NEED FOR IT TO BE ASKED TWICE :) )
You setup a new thread here for your question, we do not need you to bump another thread with the same question just a couple hours later. That annoys people and thus usually does not get one any help.

About your question: You need to provide more details about your problem.

Such as CFW you are using. Version of IDPSet .. Ect..

v0.83 - There was a fix for a random freeze
v0.84 - is the latest version of the utility

Zar, the creator of it told me to ask it in his thread. You don't need to be rude, I'm new here. No one replied here and Zar would have answered me on his thread. No need to be rude, I'm new here. I'm going to repost it, don't remove it until there is a solution. Posting one more time won't hurt anyone. Also, on his thread I had provided the version I was using.

Not being rude at all, what is rude is posting the same question in multiple threads with in a short amount of time.. Then proceed to tell me you are going to do it again. It just does not do the forum any good if people post the same question in multiple threads all the time. Any forums works like this. We try and keep things organized here and no need for the topic to be in two places awaiting answers (one place is enough). You asked here in this thread and later posted in another thread with the same question in an attempt to get your answer faster. Now Zar is a respected developer (we all have a great amount of respect for), he may of been asking you to post rather then PMing him? I do not know if that is the case. but i doubt he asked you to post the same question in two locations.

Now i would advise you not to repost the question, if you like i can move this post in the thread. I do not mind a new thread or merging it there. I just do not care for it appearing in multiple locations within a couple hours and that is the problem. You can either respect that or you can choose not to, but not listening to instructions from me is not going to get you very far here in this forum. I do not have many rules but i expect my rules and request i make to be respected.

We love to help and we like to help but we just ask user's not to post the same question in multiple threads in an attempt to get an answer faster. It does not get user's question answered any faster and it simply annoys many that you are seeking the help from.

Again you have not listed your CFW or the version of the app you are using without that its going to be hard to give any help or troubleshoot any issues.

Welcome to the forum, but please just ask your question in one thread not multiple thread. Thanks

I only posted it twice, you make it sound like I posted it 5 times or something. Posting it twice isn't rude. Yes, I was PMing Zar and he asked me to quote his thread as I guess more people would see it too. I honestly don't care where this goes I just want this issue resolved. Go ahead and merge threads I guess, also edit my post saying I am using v0.62 and am on 4.21 Rebug REX atm.

Posting your question one time is sufficient.. (especially in a couple of hours) . 2 times, 4 times, 10 times its all the same at that point.. Now you can respect that request or continue to make something of it. Just realize you its not something we like to see and ask user not to do it. As obviously if everyone did that it would make everyone questions that much harder to spot.

The solution to your problem is fairly easy. Use an updated version of IDPSet as i mentioned before:

IN
v0.83 - There was a fix for a random freeze

So that may be exactly your issue since you are using 0.62 .. I would suggest updating to v0.84 and seeing if you have the issue still.

It would of been better to just update and see vs. sending the dev PMs and posting twice in the forum.

It was like half a day apart, but okay. No that's not a fix to the issue, PSID section of the program was removed in update 0.79, so I have to use an older one for it.

I dont care, i told you do not post the same question in multiple threads. That is it, no arguing or debating of it. Just understand that we do not allow it. Nothing more..... Your new here but you did not look at the site rules we have apparently, We do not have many rules but we expect them to be followed and respected: http://www.psx-place.com/forum/site-rules-faqs-65.html

Hope you find your answers...

I already said okay, so drop it. Just move my post!

I'm dropping the argument, I'm not arguing anyways. If I was, trust me you'd know. Regardless, quit worrying about our business and don't reply unless you are going to help.

you really have quite the attitude, teetering on disrespect, which is another site rule. I suggest you review the rules, calm down & post again "ONLY" when you think you can respect the staff/developers of this site. Just when I was about to look for an answer for you, you think you want to disrespect me, I'm done!!

You're being rude by saying I'm being disrespectful. I wasn't, it's just none of you're business or concern, you don't need to jump in on it. I wasn't being disrespectful. Whether or not I was I have freedom of speech, it's not like I'm harrasing you or cussing at you.

Look here your being rude and its your final warning before i close this thread. I do not care for your attitude. The attitude is not welcomed here.

Also you do have freedom of speech as well as everyone else, but here is where i have special abilities (paying the bills does that) and if i feel like our rules are not being respected i also have the freedom to do something about it.

if you can change your tone then I am sure someone will be willing to help, but the current attitude is not getting you any help and its a direct result of the attitude. Now i suggest you stop. This is your final warning. If you want to continue to argue with staff then i will simply remove you and i will close this thread. I rather see you get some help, but your attitude needs to change.

arguing with the Administrator/Owner of the site will not get you anywhere
