So I dug through some posts by people who got banned from PSN and I saw that almost all were banned due to one of the following:
- Cheating in games
- Connecting to PSN with syscalls enabled / HEN enabled
- Playing pirated games
- Playing GTA online - apparently the game was scanning your PS3 for hacks
- Are there any other games known to do that?
- Attempting to sync fake trophies created using CFW
- Attempting to sync trophies created by non-retail games (betas etc.)
- Spoofing firmware version
- Connecting using DEX firmware
