I downloaded the newest base version 4.85 and it won't find any of my iso's on my flash drive and when I rip discs it doesn't go into my library or save. I feel like its a setting or bug. Has anyone had a similar issue? im thinking of downloading it a second time and starting over. even when I put web man on there it still won't find the rips. appreciate all the help!

i had trouble ripping iso to usb. windows would not see the files but multiman did. ripping iso to ps3 hdd works fine.

are you ripping to iso or folder?

are you using rebug 4.84 LITE or REX?

I'd recommend using ManaGunZ or Irisman instead of Multiman for ripping. Both have better support for external NTFS devices, and will probably cause you less problems since they are still receiving constant updates by their developers.

If you're using 4.84 lite, why not switch over to 4.86 lite? It has a more up to date cobra which brings some nice features like auto rap activation upon game launch. You could even give Evilnat 4.88 a shot.

Probably because of system attributes on files. ;)

Run 'control' (if still exist in Windows 10 :P), then choose 'folder options' and uncheck "hide protected system files". This makes Explorer showing files on FAT family and NTFS filesystems with system attribute.

And to change it permanently on drive ("X" is a letter of a drive of course):
Code:
X:
ATTRIB -H -S /S

i do have windows set to show all files and with full names. also disable auto-play. i don't remember exactly when microsoft added those "features" but i have always disabled them. :)

it was a long time ago, but i think a different ps3 would see the games and mount them. but two win8 laptops did not see the files (maybe android did but i do not remember). freespace reported the same on ps3 and win. now i simply rip to hdd and copy to usb for backup later because i upgraded to 1TB drive.
