importing savegames of other people in ps3hen.

hi every one. I have a ps3hen console on HFW v4.84. I'm trying to import a GTA V full savegaem to my console. I've done all the required steps mentioned in https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/nintendo-snes-games-switch-online/.
After running the game it said the savegame does not belong to this user and ignores it. I've googled about it and found out that the debugging mode must be activated. unfortunately, the debugging mode can be activated on HFW 4.84 but HEN will not be enabled according to https://www.psx-place.com/threads/debug-settings-on-hen.25041/.

Well...
is there any other way to import savegames to my console?

you need to resign the save to work with your console. you can do so by exporting one of your saves to your pc and use bruteforce save data to use that save's data to resign other saves

I used ps3 save resigner tools. It worked and resigned my save file but the game rejects the save file.
Are you saying that bruteforce save works better than ps3 save resigner and solves the problem?

i tried using bruteforce savedata to resign saves to the exact same console just to another user, didnt work, used save resigner and it worked for GTA IV-V GT6 SKYRIM, just make sure you are opening it as an admin, also you did import the param.sfo from from a save in your console right ?
