PS3 Install Dark Souls disc to PS3 HDD

Forum Noob
I got a copy of Dark Souls on PS3, i'd like to install it to my hdd so I don't bother with Disc reader issue or Disc damaging.
Is there a way to get it to work ?
I checked on a compatibility list and it says that it needs a special conversion to run on CFW

Thanks for considering

Like Tesla said, there is no special conversion necessary for PS3 ISOs, usually that is only a case for people trying to convert their ISOs if they obtained them in illegitimate manner (not legally).

If you can't bother with "disc reader" or "disc damaging" then just rip the disc to ISO using your PC and then copy it to PS3 with USB

By the way, aren't you the same guy who just had his thread locked previously already for trying to ask how to convert illegally obtained ISO of Dark Souls with that "ps3gameconvert" garbage? LOL.

I am, in fact i done what you did, ripped the game with multiman and i launch it with webman. Works like a charm

Which will not work without decryption first or without providing Disc Key for newest Evilnat CFW.
EDIT : Nevermind, problem solved, rebuilding database erased corrupted data. You're a great help thank you all

I decrypted the iso and send it back to ps3 via ftp.
Worked for Dark Souls, unfortunately when i decrypted my skate 1 backup multiman shut off automatically after 1 hour, so the transfer didn't ended fully,
i didn't noticed and launched the game just to test if it worked.
It installed corrupted game data and when i noticed the iso was corrupted and finally launched the real iso it gave me an error, saying i must delete corrupted game data to continue (error 8002B603)

I deleted the BLES00125 folder from hdd0\game but the error still shows, i don't where it could be

multiman probably has one of those "shut off after so much time while idle" features, like rebug toolbox or even the ps3 system itself. one hour is one of those selections for those two I mentioned. then, I think four hours or just turn off in options. it's probably best to turn it off completely if you ftp a lot of stuff.

@Berion I was being snide about it but sure... Then there is no tool from ps3 scene days that is capable of such feat?

I was joking when implying to rip the game with just PC disc drive and computer OS.

Besides, it still sounds like the copy came from internet as he is still having trouble in getting it to work

And sorry to mention but this thread is a clone of a thread that was already locked by @GuilloteTesla probably a week or 2 before this one got posted

And it was closed because he already admitted (in previous thread) that he downloaded his copy of Skate 3 from the web

Anyways OP, if it doesn't work I sincerely hope that it continues to not work... If it's not your copy then hey, you could probably find Skate 3 at a resale store or online for like $5 measly dollars.

So have fun avoiding/evading "disc reading" or "disc damaging" when already was stated weeks ago that you got this copy from the internet so it's completely irrelevant.

If your PS3 has shitty laser that can't read any discs then buy a new one ffs. Or just install shitty noBD firmware and continue trying to do everything the ultra-hard way like all the rest of these wannabe game pirates do

in my edited response to Berion above i said that it finally worked, i got Dark Souls and skate 1 as ISO on my PS3, running with webman. My laser works well for now, but soon or later it will die and it will surely be a pain to find another one, so i wanted to run my games easily from hdd, solving the problem.
I got dark souls skate 1,2,3 as physical copy, skate 2,3 are cfw2ofw compatible, i got the problem with dark souls and skate 1, using them as iso with webman solved the problem.
for the other games...you guessed how i get them
