PS3 installar CFW 4.89 en ps3 con HFW 4.89

how could i do it

What model PS3 do you have? Not all can run CFW

It's one PS3 SLIM model 2504B wiht factory firmware 3.50

So you will have to wait till the new 4.89 toolset comes out. Once on CFW you will never need to hack it again. Till then you can use HEN

Hey, I accidentally uninstalled CFW on my PHAT ps3, if I install HEN, how would I reflash it to CFW later on, and would that cause any issues/leftovers like the "Enable HEN" still on the XMB?

Will not cause any issues as when you install CFW all firmware files will be wiped and a new category_game.xml will be installed.
