PS3 Installed "Unofficial multiMAN" and the screen is always black

Hello, seniors:
I keep having problems trying to make HEN on my PS3
After launching the PS3HEN egg-shaped logo, a message "welcome to PS3HEN 3.4.0" will appear on the upper right corner of the screen.
Then I installed "Unofficial multiMAN" and the screen was black all the time. I couldn't proceed to the next step and had to restart the computer.
No matter how many times you repeat it, it's the same
But on the same model of machine(CECHHO7), the same method was feasible a month ago, and then the successful machine burned out
I bought two more yellow light machines and fixed them
One of them succeeded after repeated attempts.
But the other one will fail no matter what it does.

First, I referred to many videos on the Internet and also tried offline installation, but it didn't solve the problem.
I have also installed multiMAN MOD multiMAN (BASE) but it doesn't work

Please tell me if you have encountered this or know how to solve it.
 
I have a couple questions.

Your console is a phat?
Does other homebrew work?


You clearly installed a firmware, which makes me wonder now because I originally thought you may have a bad bd drive, which causes black screen on homebrew.

My machine is (CECHHO7) is fat, the original hard disk is 40GB
Other apps are also black screen.
What is a bd drive?

BluRay drive. Its weird if you are on 4.92 already. How did you install it? Auto update on xmb?

Do patch pups allow install with broken bluray? @Joonie @Evilnat

It seems like you have a broken or disconnected bluray drive to me. I'm not sure why else you get black screen on all homebrew.

Edit: Actually what firmware version are you on? I assumed 4.92, but I thought you said that originally, but looking again you didn't specify, just HEN version, which supports 4.80 - 4.92

Yes, you can patch lv1.self/LV1 for noBD firmware

I think my BD drive is good
because I moved it from a good machine (already HEN), but I'll try another one.

Ahh yeah, totally slipped my mind that he could do that lol

I'd you wanted to stay on hfw, I think @littlebalup also has made nobd versions of dbhfw, which is basically hfw with cfw patches only to reinstall cfw. You would have to essentially jailbreak first to install it.

Otherwise, I would just install @Evilnat cfw.

I tried changing to a good BD (I'm sure it's good because I used it to listen to music this afternoon) but the screen is still black. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You will need to remarry the drive if its not the original one. Again, you will need cfw. There are threads here describing the process, I dont have links to at the moment. Evilnat cfw has option for this under cfw tools and service.

My problem is solved
The problem is that the BD cable is not in contact with the motherboard.
After cleaning both, all the processes were run again and it was successful.
The reason for the discovery is that the BD cannot be read on this machine.
After finishing the work, I unexpectedly found a game (WAR GOD 2) on BD.
