PS3 Irisman restarts the ps3 evilnat 4.91

I freshly installed an evilnat 4.91 cex in my ps3 slim cech2001A.. When i launch a game from irisman and load the game it will restart the ps3.

But if i used multiman i need to toggle cobra every time so i can launch a game.

How do i fix this?
