PS2 Is it bad to install games through different programs?

Hows everybody doing? I hope everybody is doing great. I'm new the forum but I've been messing around with FreeMCBoot and I love it.

I've been switching between Winhiip and PS2 Handiness. Winhiip won't install "duplicates" where as PS2 Handiness installs them no problem. Is there a program that has a higher character limit or no limit at all? I like how Winhiip can install multiple when I select multiple at once.

With "duplicates" you mean games with the first (about 24, I don't remember exactly) characters that are the same, right??

Anyway, afaIk Ps2 Handiness use the exact same protocol as winhiip and hdl dump/dumb, you can use either programs simultaneously.

Winhiip have some limits though: it supports 1tb HDD max and also can't see more than 256 installed games.
It is also less stable than HDL dump.
