PS2 Is it possible to remove a texture from a PS2 ISO ?

I'm currently playing Star Wars Bounty Hunter through an encrypted ISO on my Super Slim PS3, however, during a level of the game an unmodeled texture starts to appear on the game screen and blink. Interestingly, the PS2 Classic version of the game also has the same issue when the progressive scan option is enabled. (And in the PAL version it's even worse)

I couldn't find any patch that fixed this issue.
So I would like to know if it is possible to manually remove this specific texture from the ISO file somehow so that she would not appear again.
